Kimberly Ashton

Kimberly is a 5 Elements Wellness Coach, TCM food therapist, teacher and author with a focus on balancing life energies. Through the lens of the 5 elements, emotional and metaphysical anatomy, her e-books, classes, workshops and courses support people through the layers of discovering their own connection of FOOD-EMOTIONS-ENERGY. Kimberly has been sharing her passions, coaching and teaching since 2011, using Food Therapy and Food Energetics to improve health from the inside out. Kimberly spent over 16 years in Shanghai, 8 of which she co-owned China’s first health food store and nutrition cooking studio, and has published two books. Most recently Chinese Superfoods in Chinese which has sold over 7000 copies in China. She is now based in Australia. Kimberly has trained in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier, and Yoga Nidra with Andre Riehl and is also an iRest Yoga Nidra level 1 teacher.
