I am Khaulah and having practiced yoga and meditation for over 18 years, I truly believe in the powerful and beneficial technology of breathwork, movement, meditation, and yoga philosophy.I have been through multiple teacher trainings in Australia and Bali, and have trained and studied with many amazing teachers around the world who have led me to a deeper understanding of yoga.I am passionate about teaching these practices in a way that we can integrate into our daily lives.Born and raised in Sydney Australia and constantly torn in the duality of balancing corporate and cultural life with health and wellness, my intention behind teaching yoga is to share these tools with you and others both on and off the mat.My teaching incorporates various styles such as Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, and Pranayama.I'm looking forward to holding space for you to flow!!
