Kelsi Kraus

Kelsi has over 15 years of weight training experience and is a group fitness certified trainer. Her passion of health and wholeness is fueled by her spirituality and her desire to merge the two together for a mind, body, soul experience she calls, “soul training”. Collaborating with her sisters to facilitate retreat experiences fans her fire and hope for a restored world as communities are formed and others are held and supported on their healing journeys.
