Kelly Cotten

Kelly is a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Trainee in Stage 3, being trained through The School of Breathwork and working under the Supervision of Eleanor Mann (Director & Lead Trainer of The School of Breathwork). She is passionate about helping others reconnect to themselves, others, and their life through breathwork, using it as a creative tool for conscious living. Kelly started practicing breathwork in 2023, finding that it allowed her to heal past wounds, release lifelong insecurities, and become more of the regulated, connected parent she always longed to be. Kelly is also a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and works part-time as a counselor, working with both adults and children, at a group practice in the Denver area. Kelly brings a warm and supportive presence to her work, building trust through her authenticity and kindness.
