Keith Fox

Keith is an energetic and motivational leader, who shares his meditation practice and other teachings with his students every day. No one is immune to his infectious, positive energy, from International Thought Leaders, Influencers, and CEOs to professional athletes and entertainers. Keith holds yoga classes for hundreds of students on a weekly basis including Yoga with Live Music every Sunday and stress management for at-risk teens. Keith believes there are no limits and that all things are possible with dedication and openness. Keith and his wife Kelly lead retreats around the world and are the founders of YogaFestFL in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They host 200 hr and 500 hr teacher training courses in Delray Beach FL and in Costa Rica.
