Kaushal Kunwor

Kaushal started learning about yoga and philosophy at the early age of 13 from his uncle who is a renowned yoga teacher of Nepal and later completed a Yoga Teacher Training course in Rishikesh, India. Since then, he has conducted yoga teaching workshops in countries like Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Dubai, Singapore, and Bali.
