Hi, I’m Katharina! Known for my warmth and a smile that brings a touch of sunshine, I’m a breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others experience deep healing and transformation. For over a decade, I struggled with Morbus Crohn’s, going from doctor to doctor while feeling trapped in a high-pressure corporate role. In 2021, I took a leap—I left my successful career, and my loft in Berlin, and set off on a journey through Thailand, Mexico, and Guatemala. Along the way, I discovered the profound power of breathwork to release trauma and reconnect with inner strength. With over 250 hours of training in traditional yoga and Kundalini and a deep passion for holistic nutrition, I now integrate breathwork, movement, and mindful nourishment to help others find balance and purpose. My retreats are designed to support you in reconnecting with your heart, embracing joy, and creating a life as fulfilling and vibrant as you choose.
