Hey there! I am Karri Lynn. I am a wife, mother to two beautiful teenage daughters, yogi, lover of nature, and truth seeker.My career as a registered nurse in the traditional medical model for over 25 years led to growing moral and physical burnout.I became frustrated with the "band-aid approach" to our health care system, and its severe lack of emotional/spiritual support, so I began searching for a better way to help my family and others.Through my personal and professional experiences, I realized that true healing requires a holistic approach, one that addresses the root causes of issues rather than just their symptoms.Drawn to natural alternatives and whole-person care, I passionately explored various modalities over the years, including Reiki and Aromatherapy.I then integrated these practices into my own life and work, but longed to fully merge my passions with my nursing career to create meaningful change.Four years ago, I discovered a nursing specialty that aligned with my vision: Nurse Coaching.Simply put, this is a registered nurse with life coach training.This approach not only promotes healing from the inside out through a proven process but also allows nurses to reconnect with the heart of nursing theory and practice.As a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, I have found my passion.I help women to find inner peace, live into their truth, and become their best version.Last year, my friend/colleague and I brought a long-time dream of ours to life.We co-designed and co-hosted an extremely powerful, transformative women's retreat in the Virgin Islands.This led to the creation of Medicine Women Collective.A space for women to feel safe and in a sacred community.I am honored to be a guide, to walk alongside other beautiful souls and help them create the lives of their dreams, too!
