Trained in 2014 by Gérard Arnaud in teaching Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, she has expanded her expertise to include Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR program), Yin Yoga, and alignment according to BKS Iyengar.She teaches a style of yoga that emphasizes attention to bodily sensations, connection to the present moment, and the balance between alignment and fluidity of movement, synchronized with the breath.Certified by the Institute of Yoga Therapy* in 2018 (IDYT - Dr. Lionel Coudron), she places great importance on the mechanisms by which yoga promotes health.These diverse influences allow her to offer classes that are both dynamic and restorative, respecting the body’s capabilities, and focused on the breath, letting go, kindness, and good humor.
