Kanan Kapila

Kanan is a licensed psychotherapist, certified yoga teacher (E-RYT), and founder of The Vastu Yoga at Loopwell. With specialized training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Jungian Life Coaching, she integrates mind, body, and spiritual practices to help clients navigate life transitions, heal emotional blocks, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Her compassionate, intuitive approach creates a safe space for deep self-exploration and growth.Blending her background in psychotherapy, yoga, and meditation, Kanan empowers individuals to uncover their fullest potential and live with greater intention. She has led college-level courses on Yoga Science and currently works with private clients, athletes, and students—offering trauma-informed somatic healing, yoga teacher training, and wellness sessions recognized by both ivy league institutions and local schools.
