Julia has practiced Vinyasa Flow and Hatha for more than 15 years.She has a flexible and supportive approach to yoga, helping you get the most benefit and satisfaction from each asana.As well as being a certified instructor with Yoga Alliance she also has a unique view on Pranayama and Meditation: she draws on 11 years of practical experience with both practices in her career as an international athlete in pistol shooting.
