Julia Eda Shemesh

Julia Eda has devoted over two decades to the study and practice of movement, weaving together Yoga, dance, somatic therapy, and integral anatomy, guided by the understanding that movement is medicine. She has taught thousands of hours of classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings across Vinyasa, Hatha, and 26+2, later deepening her devotion to Mysore-style Aṣṭāṅga Yoga. Her background as a professional dancer, Pilates instructor, doula, and movement researcher shaped the creation of Movement Medicine a practice that integrates physicality with inner wisdom and invites women back into connection, freedom, and joy through intentional, embodied movement.
