I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago, and it was love at first practice!Leaving the studio that first time gave me a sense of peace and calm that I had never really felt before.It taught me how to slow down and live in the present moment.To deepen my own practice, I completed a 200-hour teacher training focused on Power Yoga.Through this experience, I fell in love with teaching and witnessing the dramatic growth—mentally, spiritually, and physically—of my students.I continued to deepen my practice and teaching by completing a 500-hour teacher training, including in-depth training in Yin and Restorative yoga.Five years ago, I was invited as a guest instructor at a mountain retreat that combined yoga and hiking.What an amazing experience!Within the next year, I began to facilitate retreats in California and Texas.Off the mat, I enjoy traveling (34 countries so far), hiking (highest point: Mt. Kilimanjaro), and spending time with my husband and children.I look forward to seeing you on your mat. Namaste!
