My journey into wellness began in the tranquil mountains of Colombia, where I first discovered yoga through an inspiring teacher. This transformative experience ignited my passion for holistic practices, leading me to travel across South America. Along the way, I immersed myself in yoga traditions and explored the art of Holistic Massage in Bolivia. ​In Thailand, I deepened my knowledge by studying traditional Thai massage, learning to balance the body’s vital energy channels and promote physical and mental harmony. These diverse experiences shaped my approach to healing, blending movement, breath, and touch to create a profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of sharing the benefits of yoga and massage with people from all walks of life, helping them achieve greater balance, peace, and self-awareness for more fulfilling lives.​
