Vinyasa is an unhurried exploration method that was taught in the traditions of yoga master Krishnamacharya and passed on through the traditions of Iyengar and Ashtanga.With 7 years of practice and devotion to Ashtanga vinyasa flow, concepts of yogic philosophy, and mindfulness meditation throughout Asia, I bring in the respect for the mystery of life and encourage you all to practice with an open mind.Blessings to your journey and I look forward to practicing with you. ♡Joy
