As a certified UIMLA mountain leader and Yoga Teacher (CYT 500), I guide people through the mountains in a way that goes beyond the trail. By bringing together hiking and yoga, I offer a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly arrive – in nature, in the body, and in the moment.My tours combine mindful movement with the quiet power of the mountains. We walk through wild landscapes, pause for yoga under open skies, and reconnect with what often gets lost in everyday life: inner balance, awareness, and a sense of belonging – to ourselves, to nature, and to the people around us.Whether on a gentle alpine path or a sunrise meditation on a summit, my goal is to help you feel grounded, present, and at peace – step by step, breath by breath.
