Johanna Ahrens

Johanna is a dedicated yoga teacher based in Hamburg, blending the grounding practices of Hatha with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa. Her journey began with ballet, later deepening her connection to movement and mindfulness through yoga during the COVID years. Inspired and encouraged by her mentor Nadine, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in the peaceful countryside of Ervedal, Portugal, and has been teaching ever since. In the same year, she became a certified life coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, later expanding her offerings with certifications in cacao ceremony facilitation (2024) and sound healing (2025). Johanna deepened her yoga practice and teaching by completing her 300-hour advanced training in Rishikesh, India in 2025, bringing a rich, holistic approach to every class she leads.
