Jill Keb

Jill Keb is a Certified Food Educator from the Food Studies Institute in N.Y., Certified Yoga Instructor from Sacred Yoga Institute, and Food For Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee. With a B.A. in Psychology, Keb teaches the healing and restorative powers of whole plant foods. She is the author and producer of the 80-minute 2005 DVD: "Change Your Food, Change Your Life" and founder of multiple websites. You can find hundreds of her recipes online. She enjoys encouraging people towards a plant-based diet for the amazing health benefits such as clearer arteries and better energy and mood. She is a recovered food addict and understands how addictive fat/salt and fat/sugar combo foods can be. She focuses on teaching EASY meals and snacks for everyday living and long-term optimal health. From now until death, she wants to feel good, avoid sickness and disease, keep her weight stable and help others achieve this as well. She is a fan of the 12 step program and continues to learn about addiction, self-care, and how best to help others lose weight and step into their power with a health-promoting lifestyle.
