Jessica Uprety

Jessica Uprety, co-founder of Yoga Nisarga and an E-RYT 200hrs Yoga Alliance teacher.She was born into a spiritual family and has been practicing various meditation techniques since her childhood.She explored varieties of methods, from Buddhist meditations to Osho’s techniques and many others.She is a Clinical Psychologist. She completed her MA in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida, in 2020.She also facilitates meditation retreats such as “Antarmaan: Celebrate Your Inner Child” and “Yoga & Meditation Camp” in India and Nepal.She aspires to work with children; she has volunteered for two Children’s camps in Oshodham, Delhi, in 2021.She wants to integrate her knowledge of Psychology, Yoga, and Ayurveda through meditation as the center to help humanity.She strongly believes the greatest joy comes from sharing what you know with others.
