Jessica is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher.Her journey to wellness is not unlike yours.Struggling with fatigue, brain fog, chronic inflammation, stomach pains, and anxiety, she went outside the traditional medical system to heal.Today, she is the owner of Mindful Nutrition RDN, LLC, where she uses a holistic approach to help people reverse chronic inflammation and improve their relationship with food.She has a specialty in eating disorders and uses an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size approach.She believes disease is just the body's way of communicating with you.She knows the body wants to heal—it just needs the right environment and tools to do so.Jessica's approach is intuitive. She guides people to listen to their bodies.Her inspiration comes from several medical researchers who question the conventional approach to health.
