I'm a licensed somatic therapist, and I host wellness retreats designed to reset your nervous system in nature! I've been working in the healing field since 2018, and in 2023 I opened my own private practice, Bloom Holistic Counseling.I serve individual and couples counseling clients in both Colorado and Pennsylvania. In 2025, I became certified in Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies. (somatic regulation) : the ability to recognize and control bodily sensations and processes, such as breathing, heart rate, and muscle tension to calm the nervous system.Prior to becoming a counselor, my background was in public relations and event planning, and this experience comes into play when facilitating wellness retreats. My previous experience in group counseling settings lends to my ability to foster connection, safety and community among retreat members!
