Jessanya's journey in wellness has always been a dance. From ballet to hip-hop, movement was her first language, revealing the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.After high school, she transitioned to yoga initially seeking physical fitness but soon discovered that yoga was much more than asanas—it became a path of self-discovery and healing.With over a decade of personal practice and four years as an international yoga teacher, Jessanya has taught and traveled through Central America and Europe, connecting with diverse communities.Her classes are designed to foster a deeper connection to oneself and the world, promoting mindful movement, play and self-love.She creates a loving, safe space for transformation, emphasizing yoga as a lifestyle that extends beyond the mat.
