After many years of personally seeking healing tools and practices that are most impactful and profound, she discovered that a gentle & intentional approach to healing is the most sustainable & powerful one. Recently becoming a mother has further awakened Janna’s nurturing abilities, allowing her to hold space for others with even greater empathy and understanding. She believes that every individual has the potential to connect with their inner healer and experience profound transformation. She created Rejuvenate Retreat with the intention to help others reconnect with themselves on a deeper level by taking an intentional sacred pause.
