Jamie Blackburn

Jamie is a mental health professional, yoga teacher, and founder of the Inner MAP Project, where she leads nature and yoga retreats to help people heal from challenging life events. When she's not leading retreats, you can find her teaching small humans how to be good people as a SEL Specialist at Peak Expeditionary School. She is passionate about helping her students find the mind-body connection both on and off their mats and helping people create a life with more JOY and less stress. Jamie has been working in the public schools since 2005 and teaching yoga since 2007. She is certified in vinyasa flow, yin, hot fusion, and yoga sculpt/fit. Jamie has a master’s degree in school counseling, a master’s degree in secondary education, and holds a 500-RYT certification with Yoga Alliance.
