James Diesel is a retreat facilitator, RYT, and plant medicine guide based in Costa Rica. Having immersed himself in ashram life for over a year within the Yogananda lineage and studied plant medicine with the Shipibo tradition, James has guided hundreds through transformational experiences that weave together healing, adventure, and deep connection with nature. Each retreat James designs is fully customized, balancing hidden nature excursions with his core practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, elemental rituals, and the responsible use of plant medicine.
