On-site, you will be welcomed by Iva Stefanova—founder and owner of Aruna Yoga Studio in Bulgaria. Iva is a passionate teacher who develops unique exercises and practices, blending various styles of aerial yoga and acrobatics. Over the years, she has organized numerous one-of-a-kind retreats and events, combining spiritual and yoga practices with adventurous and even extreme activities, such as canyoning and aerial acrobatics over a 42-meter-high waterfall, yoga and meditation in nature, kayaking, rafting, and aerial acrobatics on a yacht. She actively collaborates with yoga and spiritual facilitators, hypnotherapists, Reiki healers, and therapists, continuously expanding her knowledge of various techniques and traditions. Through her deep understanding of human anatomy, Iva incorporates therapeutic practices to help you discover unexpected capabilities—both on the ground and in the air.
