Irene is the heartbeat of movement in this retreat, an international yoga teacher specialized in Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial Yoga.She has been guiding training and retreats around the world, creating spaces where movement, nature and enjoyment naturally meet.During this retreat, Irene will accompany the group with her yoga practices, sharing moments of breath, movement and presence, as well as the simple pleasure of being together on and off the mat. Her approach is grounded, playful and human, creating spaces that feel nourishing, light and genuinely enjoyable.
