Irene Fial defines herself as a people person: Connected to the human resources area due to her training, she came to Yoga10 years ago and is here to stay. Irene started practicing Yoga, when she was still very young, as a technique to stretch andfound out to be much more. Numerous training sessions followed, in Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Fly Yoga, Pilates andeven Aesthetic and Wellbeing Massage. Today, she dedicates herself to teache yoga and continues to deepen her knowledgein the philosophy and the history of Yoga.
