Ingrid Szilagyi

I am Ingrid Szilagyi, a yoga teacher and nature lover.My journey with yoga started almost ten years ago, and in the beginning, I didn't know where this path would lead me. At some point, I decided to change my perspective and wanted to become a yoga teacher as well as a student.I did various yoga trainings and lived in different places. My path is characterized by change, and even if we think that nothing changes, every moment is new and different.
