Mystical Yoga is a practice guided by India Williams. It offers a way to reconnect with your whole being—your body, spirit, and breath—while connecting you to the world around you. India started her yoga journey at 13 and qualified as a teacher at 18. Since then, she has practiced, studied, and taught extensively. She teaches predominantly Hatha Yoga but also Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, with influences from many other spiritual practices and healing arts. India's introduction to yoga was gentle, thoughtful, and deeply spiritual. Her classes are offered with the same energy, so you can create a joyful, long-term practice.​ India is also an active musician, writing and performing with the harp, and she often weaves this element into her yoga classes.
