Holly is a 500-hr yoga, 250-hr Aerial yoga teacher & a Holistic Energy Worker. She offers energetic clearing sessions & physical movement classes for your body, mind, inner child & soul. Holly has traveled the world & lived in Rishikesh, India, where she deepened her asanas, pranayama & meditation studies. Holly's focus is on reconnecting you with your inner child, to restore balance & inner strength. Holly understands that when you bring light to the deepest parts of your subconscious, you can begin to heal old karmic patterns & traumas.
