Helene Schucknecht

Hi, my name is Helene.I'm a contemporary dancer and movement and yoga teacher based in Barcelona.In my classes, I enjoy bringing together mobility, coordination, strength, and embodied awareness in a way that feels practical, fluid, and grounded.I received my Bachelor’s degree in contemporary dance and pedagogy at Anton Bruckner University in Linz and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Spirit Sadhana School of Yoga in Barcelona.I aim to help you build a body that feels resilient, responsive, and at ease in motion.My approach centres on functional movement, fluid transitions, and sustainable ways of moving that support your body over time.At the heart of my teaching is creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where you are invited to get curious, play with movement, and tune into your own experience to develop a practice that supports your wellbeing beyond the studio.
