Helen

With over 30 years of experience in the performing arts, Helen brings a rare level of embodied insight to her yoga practice. Her journey began with Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa. Still, it was Sattva Yoga, encountered during recovery from a life-changing injury, that became her anchor and ultimately, her path to teaching.​Helen studied under the guidance of Anand Mehrotra and the master teachers at Sattva Yoga Academy, Rishikesh, India, and with Jeff Lester in London, immersing herself in Himalayan wisdom traditions, kriya, and breath-led movement.Her teaching is intuitive and powerful, blending depth with approachability, and presence with grace.​Helen creates transformational spaces without pressure, rooted in ritual, and deeply honouring each individual’s personal rhythm. Her work is guided by a belief in yoga not as performance, but as return, to stillness, to self, to source.
