Our story Hej.babes retreats were created with the idea of building a community around motherhood. We welcome you in our space away from home to experience baby and me time differently.

To bond in our movement and creative sessions and to simply relax with your baby.

We invite you to take time just for yourself too in movement and yoga sessions as well as workshops around female health and motherhood.

All our activities are built around the community with the goal in mind that you come back relaxed and with a bunch of new friends from across the globe that you can stay in touch with throughout the waves of life.
