This is the 5th retreat at this location and I am so looking forward to meeting you on person.Heidi is a certified Pilates instructor and Yoga teacher with over 3500 hours teaching experience. She is an Ayurvedic consultant and her passion is to inform and support people of all ages to live an active and strong life by incorporating routines of Pilates, Yoga and Ayurveda. Being a practising Registered Massage Therapist for 30 years allows her to integrate and consider physical limitations and restrictions and work towards increasing the quality of movement and living a life that is closely aligned with your true self, combining movement and stillness and thus creating authentic well-being.She has hosted workshops in Canada and overseas and is passionate about her work.
