Indian Classical Yoga – Heart of India was founded by Pinky More and Richard Slager. The organization brings ancient knowledge from India to Europe, with a strong presence in both the Netherlands and France.In today’s fast-paced Western lifestyle, it is often difficult to remain connected to yourself. We are consumed by what we consider important, yet it does not necessarily bring happiness. This is less common in India, where practices such as yoga and Ayurveda are part of daily life.By learning more about Yoga and Ayurveda, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, our bodies, and the balance between body and mind. True happiness emerges only when we achieve this balance.
