I am a Wild Swimming Walks Guide, and Outdoor & Adventure Therapist over at Little Blue Pootles, and Pink Pagoda Retreats. In 'the before', I worked in corporate law as an anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing specialist, before moving into academic research on violence against women. My beloved husband Rich died at the age of 37, in 2018, after which I relocated from Cheltenham to Northumberland, and made my passion for the outdoors and helping other women my work. I am a qualified ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Adviser), with an MA (Distinction) in Violence against Women & Children, and numerous other degrees and postgrad qualifications.
