Hannah’s passion for Pilates was born out of a 20-year career traveling the world as a professional dancer.Experiencing the benefits of Pilates first-hand in both an injury prevention and rehabilitation capacity inspired her to train comprehensively as an instructor with BASI (Body Arts and Science International) in London.
