Hannah Burrage

Hannah brings over 17 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching experience to her role as your retreat teacher and host. Her journey with yoga began as a personal source of strength and guidance, evolving into a passion she now shares with others.After completing her first teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2015, Hannah deepened her expertise in 2017 with a 200-hour training in India, specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Aerial, and Meditation.Residing in the serene mountain landscapes with her family, Hannah draws inspiration from nature to craft meaningful and transformative retreat experiences.Her teaching focuses on blending dynamic flow and mindful practice to help participants connect deeply with themselves. Hannah is honored to guide you through our retreat, creating a space for renewal, growth, and inspiration.
