She found her calling as an Ayurvedic chef and loves to put all her presence into creating colorful and nourishing menus.Her creations are influenced by her studies in nutrition, sustainability, future food movements, mindfulness, Yoga and Ayurveda. Hanna’s Food Art is a sensory experience that nourishes from within and inspires to flourish. She loves to set invitations for people to connect more with their food and themselves.Appreciation and observation has taught her to enjoy, value and heal on different levels and her passion is sharing this – so that Cooking and Food can be an expression of (self)love again.
