Hagit Gold is a movement facilitator, retreat host, and space holder based in Costa Rica.Her work is rooted in embodied movement, inspired by Nia, somatic practices, and years of guiding people back into their bodies through movement, presence, and connection to nature.Hagit creates safe, warm, and grounded spaces where participants are invited to slow down, listen inward, and move in ways that feel authentic rather than performative.Her sessions are intuitive and accessible to all levels, guided with sensitivity, humor, and care.Living in Costa Rica, Hagit is deeply inspired by the jungle, the rhythms of nature, and the balance between structure and flow.Her retreats blend movement, reflection, and shared experiences, offering participants time to reconnect with themselves while being held by a supportive group and a nourishing environment.Hagit believes that movement is not about how it looks, but how it feels — and that true alignment happens when the body is allowed to lead.
