Gerda Dekker

Gerda is a leadership trainer; she has worked with universities and corporate organizations. She has also facilitated many retreats and intensives in locations including Mallorca, France and the Netherlands. Her training in natural horsemanship and systemic work with horses has further deepened my professional expertise. For the past 20 years, horses have been present as co-coaches in many of her trainings and coaching programs.
