Blending a range of theoretical, practical, l and psychological frameworks together with somatic, mindfulness, and body-oriented techniques, Georgie helps her clients embody confidence, courage, and self-belief on a deep and enduring level so they can live more fulfilling, joyful, emotionally resilient, and pleasurable lives. With a focus on somatic coaching and sensual embodiment, Georgie helps clients access, understand and move safely through their emotions, as well as release withheld emotional energy, frozen beliefs and stuck or hidden patterns of dysfunctional behaviour.
