Gaynor Quilter

Gaynor started meditation in 2005 after her mum died. She trained with Suryacitta and then went on to train in coaching with the ICF - International Coaching Federation. Gaynor works alongside Suryacitta and teaches mindfulness in the NHS and the corporate world. She lives in Leicestershire with her husband Suryacitta and their Border Collie Bankei.
