Ganesh Negi

Speciality: Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Ganesh Negi is one of the most sincere & natural teacher of Hatha​Yoga, Ashtanga & Vinyasa flow in our Yoga ashram. He has been practicing Ashtanga & Vinyasa flow for more than 7 years & has been an amazing and enthusiastic teacher as well. He has completed his master's degree in Yoga Sciences and is also a certified teacher. His teaching method is very simple & traditional and his classes are extremely informative, light-hearted and lively.
