Galina Ivanova

eaching yoga has been one of the most joyful and rewarding parts of Galina’s life. Her greatest joy comes from the deep sense of connection she experiences with students from all walks of life—each bringing their own unique reasons for stepping onto the mat. Galina has been teaching Bikram Yoga for the past three years and has recently been exploring intermediate classes, allowing her to bring more playfulness into her own practice—something she loves sharing with her students. Over the years, she has immersed herself in numerous trainings, retreats, and teacher courses, always striving to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga. Her mission is to bring enthusiasm, presence, and encouragement to every class, creating a safe and welcoming space where students feel supported in exploring their practice—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Galina is passionate about guiding students beyond their comfort zones, helping them tap into their inner strength and grow—on and off the mat.
