Freya Catherine

Freya is a ritualist and a transformation mentor who designs jungle rituals in Costa Rica that celebrate life's passages through nature and the elements, fostering deep connections to heart and soul. She has guided hundreds of individuals in reclaiming their sensuality, creativity, and personal power after leaving a successful corporate career in Quebec to pursue her calling. With over a decade of training, Freya holds certifications as a ritualist and rites of passage practitioner from Ho Rites de Passage in Canada, as well as completing the Sensual Embodiment Trauma informed facilitator internationally with Sensual Somatics. Her journey is fueled by a lifelong passion for the frequencies of the ocean, waterfalls, and tropical rainforests.
