Franzi Vosswinkel

I moved from the depths of Bavaria to the northern coast 10 years ago because being close to the sea was very important to me. Sailing and kitesurfing, therefore, determined my life until I did yoga teacher training 6 years ago. From then on, everything was based on the principle of yin and yang and I learned and still practice today how to balance my body, mind and soul. Well, I am your yoga teacher for this unique journey. With me, you will be brought into flowing but also grounding positions through sounds and scents in order to sort out your thoughts or bring them into silence. In my sessions, you will experience deep relaxation in which you can allow yourself to feel and then skillfully let go. I am there to keep you grounded if you fly too far ;) Namaste 🙏🏽
