Valerie is the founder of Klēo Healing, a somatic practitioner and a yoga teacher with a decade of experience across social impact consulting, as well as wellness and lifestyle strategy, living and working in Montreal, New York, Madrid, Milan, and Berlin.She holds an RYT200, a Reiki Master certification, Somatic Experiencing training, and an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.Her work sits at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and intentional living, weaving together yoga, somatic experiencing, breathwork, reiki, ritual, and lifestyle design into spaces that are both deeply felt and grounded in clarity.She teaches weekly in person and works with clients internationally online.She created Klēo Healing to offer the kind of spaces she could not find when she needed them most—spaces that do not ask you to perform your healing, but simply invite you to arrive.Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, she holds space with warmth, precision, and a rare ability to meet each person exactly where they are.
