Flora Marçal is originally from Olhão, Portugal, and is the founder and director of Yoga Spot by Flora, an internationally certified yoga school dedicated to teaching yoga and supporting holistic well-being.With 16 years of experience, Flora’s professional path has been shaped by ongoing study and practice within the philosophy of yoga. Her approach integrates conscious movement, breath awareness, and presence, viewing yoga not only as a physical practice but also as a path to self-awareness and emotional balance.Her teaching is guided by attentive awareness of the group and the present moment, allowing each session to adapt naturally to the energy and physical and emotional needs of the participants. Classes are offered with flexibility and respect for individual rhythms, creating a supportive and welcoming space for awareness and personal growth.
